How Our Guarantee Works
The guarantee applies to all treatments with a minimum duration of 60 minutes, for all guests (walk-in and online bookings). However, it can be claimed once per person to keep the policy fair.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 minutes, ask your therapist to stop the session. The therapist will inform our receptionist immediately.
Our front-desk team or the spa manager on duty will process your cash refund on the spot—no forms, no hassle. We appreciate feedback for improvement; however, you are not required to provide details if you prefer not to.
Your hotel shuttle remains included as promised; therefore, our driver will still take you back to your hotel after we finish the refund process.

How do I request a refund?
Ask your therapist to stop the session; then, the therapist will inform our receptionist, and your refund will be processed immediately. We value feedback for improvement; however, if you prefer not to explain details, the refund still proceeds.
Which services are eligible?

Can I change therapists instead of ending the session?
If another therapist is available, we will gladly arrange it; nevertheless, many days are fully booked, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Oh gosh the value for money not only did they pick me up and dropped me off at my hotel they were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was clean and beautiful music and Putu was magical and wonderful I had a foot massage and a deep tissue massage and it was a proper one where she cared what she was doing and was intuitive with her touch and pressure. Am coming back for a few more before I leave Bali!
