The guarantee applies to all treatments with a minimum duration of 60 minutes, for all guests (walk-in and online bookings). However, it can be claimed once per person to keep the policy fair.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 minutes, ask your therapist to stop the session. The therapist will inform our receptionist immediately.
Our front-desk team or the spa manager on duty will process your cash refund on the spot—no forms, no hassle. We appreciate feedback for improvement; however, you are not required to provide details if you prefer not to.
Your hotel shuttle remains included as promised; therefore, our driver will still take you back to your hotel after we finish the refund process.

How do I request a refund?
Ask your therapist to stop the session; then, the therapist will inform our receptionist, and your refund will be processed immediately. We value feedback for improvement; however, if you prefer not to explain details, the refund still proceeds.
Which services are eligible?

Can I change therapists instead of ending the session?

We’ve been lucky enough to visit Nusa Dua by Lily twice during our stay in Bali, and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I have been staying in Nusa Dua for a week now and have had the pleasure of experiencing 2 massages with Nusa Dua spa so far. Two amazing experiences. They have a pick up service from anywhere in Nusa Dua which makes it so much easier and the minute you step out of the vehicle you are surrounded by such love and care. The massages have been wonderful with such attention to detail. There are many treatments to choose from depending on your need. Communication is excellent- explaining the process clearly. I had both a deep tissue massage and Balinese massage and each time I left feeling amazing. After your treatment you are driven back to your accommodation, or in our case, we asked to be dropped off at Bali Collection for a bit of retail therapy. Nothing is a problem. I can recommend Nusa Dua Spa for a hour or two of pampering.

We have visited Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment every day of our visit to Nusa Dua so far. All of the ladies that have been our beauty therapists have been exceptional. Kind, well trained, attentive and my experiences have reflected their professionalism. I have enjoyed a pedicure, a Balinese massage and multiple foot rubs. The chairs in the pedicure room are also worth a mention. They are comfortable and completely recline. The prices are very hard to beat and we have frequently spent between one and two hours here each time. Wonderful experience.

Highly recommend this establishment! My husband and I enjoyed several 60-minute Balinese massages during our 7-night stay in Nusa Dua — six in total because we loved it so much! The massage rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, with relaxing music that created the perfect peaceful atmosphere.
Every masseuse we had was professional, skilled, and friendly, delivering consistently excellent massages each time. The staff were welcoming and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visits.

Booked a couples massage and from the very first contact they were professional and accommodating. Picked us up from our hotel, gave us a flower foot bath, let us drop the bath from the package in favour of longer deep tissue massages. Very good massage, then a facial, followed by a choice of body scrub ( chocolate for the win!) a shower, then took us back to hotel, good value for a great treatment. Would do again!

My wife and son had a body scrub and massage and I had a deep tissue massage. We are all pleased with what we got and would do it again if we had the time. Speaking to my own experience the massage was from head to toe and the person continued to ask it the pressure was ok. I even asked her to focus on certain areas of my back which she did. The spa even picked us up from the hotel and back for free which was nice. Price was better than some of the others around the area, rooms were clean, staff were polite and friendly. No problem with language and they all spoke english. Now I know why they have a 5 star rating as they are really good. Well worth trying Lily spa the next time our in Nusa Dua.
