Yes. Couples or friends can request a private twin room for simultaneous sessions. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking earlier so our team can arrange your preferred time and free hotel shuttle. However, last-minute appointments are welcome if available.
Can I extend or add another treatment on the spot?
You may extend or add treatments directly at the spa if time and room availability allow. Often it’s fully booked, so advance notice helps us reserve a slot.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and most cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB). Please note that American Express isn’t accepted at this time.
Is the free shuttle available for Beauty & Care?
Yes. The Free Hotel Shuttle (5 km) applies to all treatments. For 2 guests (min 1 hour each) it’s round-trip; for solo guests it’s pick-up only unless the total duration is 2 hours.
