The guarantee applies to all treatments with a minimum duration of 60 minutes, for all guests (walk-in and online bookings). However, it can be claimed once per person to keep the policy fair.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 minutes, ask your therapist to stop the session. The therapist will inform our receptionist immediately.
Our front-desk team or the spa manager on duty will process your cash refund on the spot—no forms, no hassle. We appreciate feedback for improvement; however, you are not required to provide details if you prefer not to.
Your hotel shuttle remains included as promised; therefore, our driver will still take you back to your hotel after we finish the refund process.

How do I request a refund?

I went to Lily Spa with my 7 year old daughter on Monday for a 1 hour massage. It was amazing! The spa was clean and staff were all very friendly. They do a kids massage and my daughter loved it! We were in the room together and it was very relaxing. I asked for firmer pressure and it was perfect! They picked us up and dropped us back at the hotel at no charge too which was lovely. Highly recommend this establishment! My husband and I enjoyed several 60-minute Balinese massages during our 7-night stay in Nusa Dua — six in total because we loved it so much! Booked a couples massage and from the very first contact they were professional and accommodating. Picked us up from our hotel, gave us a flower foot bath, let us drop the bath from the package in favour of longer deep tissue massages. My wife and son had a body scrub and massage and I had a deep tissue massage. We are all pleased with what we got and would do it again if we had the time. Speaking to my own experience the massage was from head to toe and the person continued to ask it the pressure was ok. I even asked her to focus on certain areas of my back which she did. The spa even picked us up from the hotel and back for free which was nice. Price was better than some of the others around the area, rooms were clean, staff were polite and friendly. No problem with language and they all spoke english. Now I know why they have a 5 star rating as they are really good. Well worth trying Lily spa the next time our in Nusa Dua.
