How the shuttle actually works
If there’s two of you and you’re each booking at least an hour, the round trip’s free. Flying solo? We’ll still send someone to grab you for free if you’re booking an hour, or cover the whole round trip if you go for two hours or more. One honest heads-up — the car can take 10 to 15 minutes to loop back around after your treatment, since we’re running two shuttles and juggling a few pickups at once, so leave a little buffer if you’ve got dinner plans right after.

Can I just walk over?
If you’re at Westin or Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, sure — it’s under 10 minutes. From the others it’s more like 15 to 25 minutes depending on the hotel, which most people skip in favor of the shuttle, especially right after a massage.
Is the free shuttle actually free, no catch?
Yes. As long as you’re within 5 km — which is every hotel listed above — you’re covered, with the only condition being a minimum treatment length depending on how many of you are coming (see above).
Do I need to book ahead, or can I just show up?
Same-day usually works, especially over WhatsApp — we’ll always try to fit you in if we’ve got the space. That said, a day ahead is the safer bet, particularly if you’re coming as a group of 3 or more who all want treatments at the same time, or if you’re booking something longer like a 2-hour package. During high season those slots go first, so if your schedule’s flexible, messaging us the day before just means one less thing to worry about.
