So if you’re at the Kempinski, Ritz-Carlton, Conrad, or one of the other big names on this side of the peninsula and typing “spa near Nusa Dua resorts” into Google, here’s exactly where you stand.
Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment is on Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai in Benoa — most of the resorts below are a short drive, and a few are close enough to walk if you don’t mind a bit of sun. Same as always, we run a free shuttle for any hotel or villa within 5 km, which covers everyone on this list except the very furthest one or two, and even those aren’t far.

Staying at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens?
You’re the closest on this list by a good margin — 1.1 km, about 3 minutes by car, and genuinely walkable if it’s not the middle of the day. A few Marriott’s guests do exactly that, especially the ones staying in the villas at the back of the property.
Staying at SOL by Meliá Benoa?
About 1.6 km, 4 minutes by shuttle. Since SOL runs on an all-inclusive model, a fair number of guests still head out for a treatment somewhere with more privacy than a resort spa — we get quite a few of you.
Staying at Ayodya Resort Bali?
1.9 km, around 5 minutes. Close enough that the shuttle barely has time to merge into traffic before it’s pulling up outside.
Staying at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua?
2.1 km, about 5 minutes by car. If you’ve got kids in the room and someone else to watch them for an hour, this is a popular one to sneak off from.
Staying at The Mulia Bali?
2.2 km, roughly 6 minutes. Mulia’s own spa is lovely if you want to stay on-site, but if you’re after something more private (or just want an excuse to see a bit of Benoa), we’re a short ride away.
Staying at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort?
Also 2.2 km, about 6 minutes via Jl. Srikandi. Message us your room number before you head down and the car’s usually ready by the time you’re at the lobby.
Staying at Conrad Bali?
2.4 km, 6 to 7 minutes depending on traffic on Jl. Pratama. Worth knowing this stretch can get a little busy around sunset, so build in a few extra minutes if you’ve got a dinner reservation right after.
Staying at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali?
3.9 km, about 9 minutes. This one’s far enough that we’d genuinely just take the shuttle rather than trying to walk it.
Staying at The Apurva Kempinski Bali?
4.1 km, around 9 minutes. The furthest end of the ITDC enclave, but still an easy shuttle ride — just give us a little more notice on timing since the loop out to Kempinski takes a bit longer than the others.
Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali?
4.3 km, about 9 minutes — the furthest on today’s list, though still well inside our free-shuttle radius. Ritz-Carlton guests tend to book us for the morning, before the beach gets busy.
How the shuttle actually works
Two of you booking an hour or more each? The round trip’s free. On your own, we’ll still come get you for free if you’re booking an hour, or cover both ways for two hours or longer. One honest heads-up, same as we tell everyone: the car can take 10 to 15 minutes to loop back after your treatment finishes, since we’re usually juggling a couple of pickups at once — so if you’ve got somewhere to be right after, leave a bit of buffer.

A few things people usually ask us
Can I just walk over?
From Marriott’s Gardens, SOL, or Ayodya, sure — it’s a 15 to 25 minute walk and plenty of guests do it, especially in the early morning before it heats up. From Holiday Inn, Mulia, Renaissance or Conrad it’s more like 30 to 40 minutes on foot, which most people skip in favor of the shuttle. From Grand Mirage, Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton, honestly, just take the shuttle — it’s not really a walking distance at that point.
Is the free shuttle actually free, no catch?
Yes, all ten resorts above fall inside our 5 km radius, so you’re covered. The only condition is a minimum treatment length depending on how many of you are traveling — see the shuttle section above for the exact breakdown.
Do I need to book ahead, or can I just show up?
Same-day works most of the time, especially if you message us on WhatsApp — we’ll do what we can to fit you in. That said, a day ahead is the safer bet if you’re coming as a group of three or more wanting treatments at the same time, or booking something longer like a 2-hour package, and especially during high season when those slots go first. If your schedule’s flexible, messaging us the evening before just takes the guesswork out of it.
