A one-hour massage with us starts at IDR 200,000 for a foot massage and IDR 230,000 for a full-body Balinese. Those are our Nusa Dua massage prices as of October 2026, and they’re nett, which means tax and service are already in, so the number on the menu is the number you pay. (Our massage page always has the current ones, and they tend to go up a little each July.)
That’s the quick version. The rest is for working out which length and which massage actually makes sense for your budget, and whether it’s worth leaving the hotel for it.
What the main massages cost
All prices in Indonesian rupiah, per person, nett.
| Massage | 60 min | 90 min | 120 min |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balinese | 230,000 | 345,000 | 450,000 |
| Back, Neck & Shoulder | 230,000 | 345,000 | n/a |
| Lomi-Lomi | 250,000 | 375,000 | 480,000 |
| Aromatherapy | 250,000 | 375,000 | 480,000 |
| Deep Tissue | 260,000 | 390,000 | 500,000 |
| Shiatsu (no oil) | 270,000 | 400,000 | 520,000 |
Foot massage is IDR 200,000 for an hour, and it’s the cheapest way in. Our minimum is 60 minutes per person, though you can reach that by combining treatments. Not sure which one suits you? We wrote a separate guide to choosing between Balinese and deep tissue.
What “nett” actually means
It means no surprise at the end. The price you see already includes tax and service charge, so there’s no extra percentage added when you pay. That’s different from a lot of resort menus, where the price you read and the price on the bill can be a fair way apart.
Is 90 minutes worth the extra?
Usually, yes. Going from 60 to 90 minutes on a Balinese costs IDR 115,000 more, and you get half again as much time for it. A full-body massage starts face down and you turn over about halfway, so an hour goes quickly, especially if you’d like extra time on your shoulders or lower back. At 90 minutes you can ask for that without giving up the rest of the body. It’s also the length most of our guests end up choosing.
If the budget’s tight, a 60-minute Balinese or a foot massage is a perfectly good treat. It’s just that when someone tells us afterwards “an hour felt too short”, we aren’t surprised.
Booking as a couple
If there are two of you, you don’t have to take a set package. You can ask for a couple’s room when you book and pick your own treatments, so one of you can have a deep tissue and the other a Balinese. If you’d like the full romantic option with a flower bath, our Romantic Couple Package starts from IDR 1,180,000 per couple (as of October 2026, and the flower bath needs a day’s notice). There’s more on how it works in our honeymoon guide.

Resort spa or us: is it worth leaving the hotel?
Honestly, it depends what you’re after.
A resort spa can easily cost five or six times what we charge. If luxury is the whole point, the setting, the pool, the marble, the robe, then the resort spa is the right pick, and we’d tell you so. You’re paying for the whole experience around the massage.
If what you want is a really good massage at a fair price, that’s where we come in. Clean private rooms, experienced therapists, and no resort markup. Plenty of guests do both over a longer trip: a splurge at the resort once, and a few massages with us for the rest of the week. That’s a very Nusa Dua way to spend a holiday, to be fair.
The bit people forget: getting there
You’re not paying for a taxi, either. Our shuttle is free. If two of you book an hour or longer each, the round trip is on us. On your own, we’ll still pick you up for free on a one-hour booking, or cover both ways for two hours or more. One small heads-up: the car can take 10 to 15 minutes to loop back after your treatment, since we’re often juggling more than one pickup, so leave a little room if you’ve got somewhere to be afterwards. Not sure how far you are? Our hotel guides cover the beach-road hotels, the bigger resorts and the hotels you can walk from. More on how the pickup works is on our free hotel shuttle page.
Paying, tipping, and what to expect
You can pay in cash (rupiah), by QRIS, or with Visa or Mastercard. As for tipping, it’s entirely up to you. We think of a tip as a thank-you for good work, so give what feels right, or nothing at all.
One more thing, so there are no surprises: our massages are strictly professional and therapeutic. We don’t offer sexual services of any kind.
A few things people usually ask
Is the price per person or per room?
Per person. A couple booking a 60-minute Balinese each is 230,000 times two, nett. Couple packages are priced per couple, so check the package page for those.
Is there a cheap massage in Nusa Dua that’s still good?
If cheap means the lowest number on the menu, a foot massage at IDR 200,000 for an hour is where we start, and a Balinese is IDR 230,000. If it means good value, that’s more our thing: private rooms, experienced therapists, nett prices and a free shuttle. We’re rated 4.9★ from 1,500+ Google reviews, which is a better guide than any price tag.
How much is a massage in Bali?
It varies a lot across the island, depending on the area and the kind of place, so we can only speak for ourselves. In Nusa Dua with us, an hour is IDR 200,000 to 270,000 depending on the massage, nett, with the free shuttle on top.
Will the price go up?
Probably a little, once a year, around July. That’s why every price in this post has a date on it. The massage page always has the latest.
Can I combine two treatments?
Yes. Our minimum is 60 minutes per person, and the massage page lists a few set combinations, like a Balinese massage with a foot massage, or foot and back together. Just ask when you book.
Do you do massages for kids?
Yes, we have a Kids Massage for children aged 5 to 12. It’s IDR 200,000 for 60 minutes or IDR 300,000 for 90 minutes (as of October 2026). Message us on WhatsApp when you book and we’ll sort out the details.
Can I just show up without booking?
Same-day often works, especially over WhatsApp, and we’ll do what we can to fit you in. A day ahead is the safer bet if there’s more than one of you or you want a longer slot, particularly in high season.
How do I book, and when are you open?
WhatsApp is easiest: message us on WhatsApp (+62 878 6427 2239) with your hotel, how many of you, and roughly what time suits. We’re open every day, 9am to 9pm.
Don’t just take our word for it
We’re rated 4.9★ from 1,500+ Google reviews, and we’ve picked up TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice award every year since 2022. You can read what guests say on our TripAdvisor page.
Ready to book? Have a look at our full massage menu first, or message us on WhatsApp (+62 878 6427 2239), tell us your hotel and how long you’d like, and we’ll sort out the shuttle in the same chat.
